Brightening SD-X-102

Brightening SD-X-102 is a white dyestuff, it can increase the whiteness and brightness of paper and won’t bring any damage. SD-X-102 is a very important brightening, and sold very well domestic and abroad.

Appearance: light yellow powder;

PH Value：6-11;  

Belongs to Anion properties

Resistance to hard water: 300PPM

Resistance to swim ion: 0.75%

It’s stable to sodium hydrosulfite, not resistant to copper, Iron ions of heavy metals, It can be blended with anion, non-ionic surface active agents, direct acid anion. It can’t be blended with cationic dyes, active agent, synthetic resin.

Usage:

It is mainly used in the field of paper industry, coating, and textile plant fiber.

Applying ：

Brightening during paper compounding：

To add it into pulp directly or after dissolved before using alum and cationic auxiliary. It has mid to high affinity to fiber. The brightness will be affected by dyeing time and consistence of the pulp. When the consistence of the pulp is the highest, the brightness will be the best.

Dosage:

To dry pulp: 0.15～0.4%, max dosage＜0.6%.

Packing and Storage:

25kg/bag, or packed according to customer’s requirement. Stored in dry and cool place, avoid moist. Storage for 3 years.
