Foam Inhibitor SD-FI-98
SD-FI-98 foam inhibitor is a kind of Non Organic Silicone compound anti-foamer and defomer.
They have advantage of high efficiency, less dosage, low pollution, widely applying, etc. They can be used in all fields except the food industry, because there is mineral oil inside.

2. Usage :
SD-FI-98 mainly used to anti-foam and defoam in burdening of coated paper, they cooperate during using. The coating are made of chemical auxiliaries such as china clay, latex, starch, etc. In the process of coating making and pump delivery, there is much air involved in during the violently stirring, which will cause bubble on paper, seriously affect the quality of the paper. If to add some SD-FI-98 defomer, it can completely decrease or restrain the bubble. The effect is almost same as NOPCO-DF-122-NS and NOPCO-267-A.
When adding the SD-FI-98 defomer, it only need to be mixed balance, no need to be stirred violently, so it’s better to be added in compound tank. If there is too much bubble, it can’t be decreased or restrained during china clay dispersing tank nor compound tank, it can be added in coater front tank.
SD-FI-98 can be used by cooperating, also can be used separately. They can be used in paper coating making, alkaline pulp washing, Alkali liquor washing, black membrane elimination washing, also can be used in the field of pulping, bleaching, rubber making, printing and dying, Cooperate with latex, polluted water treating.etc.
3. The recommended dosage: When used in paper coating making,
SD-FI-98 can be added by 0.1-0.3% of the solid part in the coating. When used as liquid anti-foaming, defoaming, it can be added by (1-15) ppm.
4. Packing and Storage
Packed in galvanized drum, net weight
SD-FI-98 if put for long time in high temperature or low temperature, there will be physical changes of slightly layering becoming consistance. Before using, put them in normal temperature, and stir balance, they can be used as same good effect as normal.
5. They are non toxic, non corrosiveness, can be transported as general.
