Microcapsule (black and blue)  RDM50A

This microcapsule is specially used for carbonless copy paper, the wall of capsule is based on melamine formaldehyde resin, the core of capsule is compound of solvent and colorless fuel. It is applicable to the coating of CB and CFB of carbonless paper with the following advantages: rapid color development at low temperature, bright in color, good color intensity and with excellent ageing-resistant performance.

This product is well-distributed in particle size, rub resistance, good-sensitivity to coloring.It is water suspension solution,easy for operation, applicable to air-blade and curtain coatings. The coating weight is recommended to be 1-2g/m² based on the solid content of Microcapsule.

Packaging, storage and transportation:                             

1. The packaging of this product is plastic barrel (200 kg/barrel). Meanwhile, other packaging methods are also available according to the reqirement of the customers.

2. The product packaging should avoid colliding with edge tool in order to prevent leakage.

3. The suitable methods of transportation: truck, train or ship.

4. The storage and transportation temperature required is 0~50 °C. The shelf life is six months.

5. The product is non-toxic and not corrosive; if it contacts with the skin by carelessness, rinse with detergent and water thoroughly.
