Diesel PPD SDT312
It’s a kind of Diesel Cold Flow Improver. When It is added into the diesel at low temperatures, It can react by eutectic and adsorption with the precipitation of paraffin wax in diesel .
It generally can not change the value of the precipitation temperature of a wax diesel fuel, does not alter the amount of precipitated at a temperature of the wax, the wax crystals which can change the shape, size, preventing that generates a three-dimensional network structure. Therefore, it can not eliminate the influence of wax on the low-temperature properties of diesel fuel from the root, just change the low temperature diesel.

1, General dosage 0.3-1 ‰.Before using, should test by small scale in the laboratory, to find a certain percentage.
2, using a stirrer, static mixers and other mixing apparatus according to mixing ratios of mixed evenly, in a large mixing tank can be circulated by a pump, the tank can also be transported over long distances through natural oscillation by complete mixing.
3, when the ambient temperature is too low, resulting in the product is too thick, the available thermal oil, steam, hot water and other media for indirect heating (open flame is prohibited direct heating), and then use kerosene or solvent oil by 1-3 times the proportion of the product dilution; while the temperature of diesel should be around 30 ℃, so depressant diesel full uniform mixing, in order to achieve results.
Storage and packaging:
NW: 170kg/drum. The product should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, waterproof, fireproof.
