Self Emulsifying Ester SDT1185
Product Introduction
SDT1185 is a high-performance self-emulsifying ester with multi-functionality. It is easily soluble in water and forms a white emulsion. After being neutralized with alcohol amine, it forms a transparent liquid. Excellent compatibility, compatible with animal oils, vegetable oils and mineral oils. SDT1185 has excellent hard water stability, can replace alcohol ether carboxylic acid anti-hardening agent, no corrosion to metal.
SDT1185 has a special structure, and has a good synergy with sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine chemical extreme pressure agents, effectively reduce the wear between the interface and extend the cutter service life.
The use of SDT1185 and EXTRIMIR series products can significantly improve the lubricity of the product.

Synthetic cutting fluid, semi-synthetic and oil emulsion formulation: 1-50%
Aluminum rolling fluid: 1-50%
Soluble forming oil: 1-100%

Suggest using this product within one year from the date of purchase. If more than one year, we recommend you to confirm the quality of this product and retesting parameters of the product before use it.
