Product Introduction
VEGIMIR 130 is a synthetic ester developed for metal processing that adds renewable raw materials to the formulation and enhances the lubricity of metalworking fluids.
It has excellent high-temperature anti-oxidation and hydrolytic stability, can be used as the main emulsifier, and can be dissolved in a variety of base oils. The formulation can be flexibly selected for different bases.
VEGIMIR 130 emulsifiable vegetable oils, such as canola oil, are ideal for formulating vegetable oil-based coolants.
VEGIMIR 130 is used in combination with sulfur and chlorine extreme pressure agents. It has a good synergistic effect and can significantly increase the extreme pressure performance of lubricating oil. It has a certain corrosion inhibition function for ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals.
The recommended dosage:
Synthetic cutting fluid, semi-synthetic and oil emulsion formulation: 1-25%
Aluminum rolling fluid: 1-10%
Soluble forming oil: 1-50%
