Plant Modification Lubricant SDT1190
Product Introduction
SDT1190 is derived from renewable resources and is a highly active lubricant additive that can be emulsified in aqueous solutions containing excess reserve base. This product is made from natural materials through complex chemical treatment and can be used in water-soluble metalworking fluid formulations.
The composition of SDT1190 is very unique and does not contain organic amines, making it possible to design formulas with more flexibility in the selection of different types of amines, without interfering with the design of the formula, and better complying with regulations.
In metalworking fluid formulations, SDT1190 not only promotes lubricating properties but also provides additional rust protection and co-emulsification properties. The additive can be used as a primary lubricant for the preparation of metalworking fluids that do not contain mineral oil. The product is insoluble in water, but it can form stable microemulsions in alkaline solutions. Therefore, to ensure product performance, the final product must be required to contain enough reserve base.

Application
Due to its self-emulsifying properties, SDT1190 can significantly improve the overall performance of the coolant after addition of conventional synthetic, semi-synthetic, and soluble oils, requiring only proper adjustment of the formulation.
SDT1190 can be used as the main lubricant and formulated with a water-based metalworking fluid that does not contain mineral oil.
According to the actual application, it is recommended to add 5-30%.
Shelf life
Suggest using this product within one year from the date of purchase. If more than one year, we recommend you to confirm the quality of this product and retesting parameters of the product before use it.
