Product Introduction
SDT1150 is a water soluble anionic polymer, with excellent low-foaming properties. It also can be used in heavy-duty machining without adding Phosphorus, Sulfur, Chlorine and other additives. It can provide the great extrusion lubrication and fluid flow lubrication.
The product is completely water soluble, with excellent hard water stability and excellent low-foaming properties.SDT1150 belongs to ash-free type, and it can be completely volatile without Phosphorus, Sulfur and Chlorine.

The recommended dosage: 1-20%
Applications:
1. It is especially suitable for full synthetic cutting grinding fluid and can provide good lubricating performance.
2. SDT1150 neutralizes with amines to provide stronger corrosion protection.
3. The SDT1150 is capable of long-term safe operation in a central cooling circulation system.
Shelf life
Suggest using this product within one year from the date of purchase. If more than a year, we recommend you to confirm the quality of this product and retesting the analysis parameters before use it.
