Multifunctional Extrusion Lubricant SDT1175
Product Introduction
SDT1175 is a high molecular weight multi-purpose extrusion lubricant, which mainly used in metal processing under harsh conditions to improve performance and increase efficiency. Its own branched-chain fatty acids provide it with a high level of oxidation stability and biocompatibility. In addition to replacing the chlorine system, it is often used to replace or reduce the amount of other aliphatic friction modifiers such as sulfur-based systems, phosphorus-based extreme pressure agents, lard oils, and blown oils etc.used in boundary friction.
SDT1175 can completely volatilize after combustion. It is commonly used in the formulation of soluble oils, semi-synthetic fluids, synthetic liquids, and other aqueous dispersion liquids to provide special lubricity.
Because of its higher unsaturated fatty acids and therefore is not recommended for using in pure oils, drawing oils, punching oils.
SDT1175 is ash-free and does not contain sulfur, phosphorus, or chlorine.

Applications
1. In metal forming oils, SDT1175 can provide lubrication and friction improvement, increase production and improve surface finish.
2. It performs excellent lubrication in the emulsion system (soluble oils, semi-synthetic liquids, total synthetic liquids, and other aqueous dispersing liquids).
3. SDT1175 is a good substitute for chlorine, inactive sulfur, lard and other friction modifiers, and has a branched structure, so it has better resistance to bacteria than traditional fat additives, and its light color and low odor are more facilitate processing and have better stability.
