Multifunctional Extrusion Lubricant SDT1170
Product Introduction
SDT1170 is a high-molecular-weight multi-functional extrusion lubricants that is synthesized with a new generation of technology. Widely used,and belongs to the universal product. Its special structure makes it good solubility in all kinds of base oil, such as the highly refined base oils and solubility oil. Because of its low acid value, the compatibility with high base sulfonates is better.
The product is completely volatile after combustion, it often used in emulsion system of soluble oil and other water dispersion liquid to provide the special lubricity.
SDT1170 is ash-free type without Phosphorus, Sulfur and Chlorine.

Applications
In metal forming oils, SDT1170 can provide lubrication and friction improvement, and increases productivity and improves surface finish.
SDT1170 can be used in emulsion systems of high-temperature chain oil, grease, soluble oil and other water dispersion liquids.
Shelf life
Suggest using this product within one year from the date of purchase. If more than a year, we recommend you to confirm the quality of this product and retesting the analysis parameters before use it.
