Product Description: The
product consists of a variety of non-ionic surfactants and rust inhibitors,
cosolvents, defoamers, fungicides and other components, soluble in paraffinic
base oil, naphthenic base oil, and animal and vegetable oils. It has unique
emulsification performance, the formation of emulsion resistance to hard water
performance is good. It’s widely used in metal cutting, rolling process, glass
fiber spinning process, knitting processing, pesticide emulsification and other
industries.
Use: SDT2012F
can produce emulsion rolling oil, emulsified cutting oil, emulsified knitted
oil and other emulsified products.

Usage: It’s applicable to all kinds of oil. The
suggested dosage is 7% -8%, stir well can get the high-performance emulsified
products.
Formulation: 7% Emulsified oil additive package SDT2012F + 93% base oil.
Packaging and
precautions: 25KG plastic barrels, 200KG plastic barrels, iron drums
Store in a
cool, ventilated, dry warehouse. The dry, clean and ventilating warehouse is
recommended. Avoid water and impurities mixed into it and avoid local
overheating.
