Application
SDT2091antifoam/ antifoaming additive is primarily used in internal combustion engine oils, gear oils and hydraulic oils. It can also be used in fermentation industry, manufacturing the thermo plasticity rubber. The product is used in demoulding for rubbers, plastics and casting industry,and is used for waterproof, anti-mold and insulation. This is colourless, odourless and non-toxic. It can reduce the generation amount of the foams in the lubricants. The product can improve the liquidity of the oil film on the surface of the foam, making the oil film getting thinner and accelerating the breaking of the foam rising to the surface of the oils. SDT2091 has the good compatibility with various kinds of the additives.But in the acid medium, it has the poor persistance to eliminate the foams, and the adding method has great effect on the performance of SDT2091, and it has great effect on the gas emission.

Recommended Dosage:
It’s recommended to use coal oil to dilute it by 5-10 times,and blend lubricants by 1-100ppm.
Storage: Keep the temperature not higher than 75°C. For long-term storage, the suggested emperature is lower than 45°C
Packaging Standard: 200Kg / barrel, standard iron drum of 200 liters.
