Resin color Developer RDNCR-CD-98
Brief introduction:
Zinc Salicylate color developer RD-NCR-CD-98 is resin color developer of modified zinc salicylate, it contains part behaviors of phenolic resin. It has excellent quality at normal temperature or low temperature, such as: color developing, intensity and aging behavior and so on. its configuration is reasonable and balanced, and comprehensive performance is superior.

Usage/ how do use:
The process of concocting CF: Put water into the tank, then add dispersant and solid material into the tank under the process of stirring; stirring at the speed of 200-400r/min for 20~30 minutes, and then reduce the stirring speed to 500r/min, add prepared starch glue, stirring for 15-20 minutes. Then adjust ph value to 9.5-10.5; slowly add color developer, stirring for the certain time, after distribution of color developer is homogeneous, slowly add SBR latex, stirring 15-20 minutes. The final PH value of CF paste is about 7.5.
Usage: Resin color developer is used in the CF (coat front) during carbonless paper production.
Packaging and storage &transportation:
1. The packaging of product is by plastic drum; 220KGS/drum. Meanwhile, the packaging can also be in consultation with customer.
2. The packaging of product should avoid colliding with edge tool in order to prevent
leakage.
3. The mode of transport: container or truck, sea, air, belongs to normal goods, non-dangerous goods
4. The temperature requirement of storage and transportation is 0~50’c.The product shelf life is six months
5. The product is non-toxic, no corrosive; if skin is contacted careless, wash with detergent and water thoroughly.
Styrene Butadien Latex RD-NCR-SBL-98
RD-SBL-98 is a kind of anionic copolymer dispersion, suitable for the coating of different varieties of paper and paperboards such as carbonless paper(NCR) and light weight coated paper.

Application
This product is widely used in the NCR (carbonless paper) production, can replace BASF, DOW, HOPEX products.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
1. The packaging of this product is plastic barrel (200 kg/barrel). Meanwhile, other packaging methods are also available according to the reqirement of the customers.
2. The product packaging should avoid colliding with edge tool in order to prevent leakage.
3. The suitable methods of transportation: truck, train or ship.
4. The storage and transportation temperature required is 0~40 °C. The shelf life is six months.
5. The product is non-toxic and not corrosive; if it contacts with the skin by carelessness, rinse with detergent and water thoroughly.
6. The product applies to knife coating,airblade coating,with slight odor,should use in the ventatilation area.
