Multifunctional Extrusion Lubricant SDT1165
Product Introduction
SDT1165 is a multifunctional extrusion lubricant of the unique HMW. It’s used in metal working in the severe conditions to improve property and increase efficiency. Although it’s oil soluble, it can improve the property of oil and semi-synthetic processing cooling liquid. The efficiency of SDT1165 is the same as the stamping oil and drawing oil. Its high molecular weight can replace the perfect structure of chlorinated paraffin. Its saturated branched chain fatty acid esters can provide the high level of oxidation stability and biological stability. In addition to replacing the chlorine, it can replace or reduce the amount of aliphatic friction modifiers such as sulfur-based systems, phosphorus-based extreme pressure agents, lard oils, and blown oils etc.used in boundary friction.
SDT1165 is light-colored, odorless and it can be completely volatile after combustion. It can be used for the preparation of soluble oil, semi-synthetic liquid etc emulsion system to provide special lubrication.
SDT1165 is ash-free type without Phosphorus, Sulfur and Chlorine.

Features and advantages
1. Can’t make metal change color.
2. Excellent thermal stability, oxidation stability and hydrolytic stability.
3. The biological stability is provided by its high saturation structure.
4. Its high corrosion resistance can reduce the dosage of corrosion inhibitor.
5. It has a very low foaming tendency in aqueous dispersion system.
Applications
It can be used in the emulsion system of soluble oil, semi-synthetic liquid, wire drawing oil, stamping oil formula to improve the lubricity.
According to the actual application, the recommended dosage is 1%-15%.
The product can replace all the fat and fatty compounds, which can reduce biological violation.
It can be used in cutting fluid and industrial lubricants and it depends on the operating load when with the low activity of sulfur and phosphorus.
Shelf life
Suggest using this product within one year from the date of purchase. If more than a year, we recommend you to confirm the quality of it and retesting the parameters before using.
